I've just placed an order, is it still possible to modify or cancel my order?

In order to process all orders quickly, we immediately send all orders to our warehouse to be picked, packaged and shipped. Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.

What is the current status of my order?

Right after you've placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.

What is your return policy?

Product Returns

 

We offer refunds for returned goods in their original, unworn and unused condition within 14 days.

 

We'll deduct the cost of return shipping fees from your refund, and we recommend using recorded delivery.

To begin the return process, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

· Access the Sumibu Returns Center: Click here to visit our Returns Center on the Sumibu website. To do this, you'll need to provide the email address that was used to place your order.

· Submit Return Authorization Request: Once you're on the Returns Center page, please proceed to request a return for the item(s) you would like to return. 

· Select Item(s) for Return: After entering your email address, you will be prompted to select the specific item(s) that you wish to return.

· Confirmation Email with Shipping Instructions: Once you've completed the return authorization request and selected the item(s), an email will be sent to you. This email will contain comprehensive shipping instructions to guide you through the return process.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?

Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to any additional charges.

Countries outside the European Union are shipped DDU and additional charges may be added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by Sumibu.
